Our Story
NovaVoxx was built on a simple observation: the technology to make AI voice agents genuinely compelling to speak with had finally arrived. Modern large language models paired with high-quality voice synthesis produce conversations that sound human — not robotic, not obviously scripted.
At the same time, the cost of running a calling operation at scale — the staff hours, the coordination, the sheer volume of outreach required to get results — has put meaningful voice communication out of reach for most organizations.

What We Believe
Customer First
Every feature we ship exists because a customer asked for it or was clearly blocked without it. We don't build for demos — we build for daily use.
Privacy by Design
Call data is sensitive. We encrypt data in transit, retain only what's necessary to run the service, and we don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do rely on a small number of sub-processors that operate the service on our behalf under a written agreement.
Move Fast
We ship every week. We'd rather get a useful feature in front of customers quickly and iterate than wait for perfection that never arrives.
Open by Default
We publish our changelog openly, maintain a public roadmap, and believe in building trust through transparency.
